This stunning garment, with beautiful 'Pretty Woman' deco floral print by famed textile designer Celia Birtwell, is a perfect example of his talent. The bodice has an alluring low-cut plunge with ruffle trimmed shoulders and billowing bishop sleeves. A pleated empire waist with built in sash that ties in the back finishes the dress off with the most flattering silhouette.
